Ingredients:

- 4 oz chicken breast
- Frozen tater tots (9)
- 2 tbsp of protein ranch (combine plain nonfat, Greek yogurt with ranch seasoning)
- 2 tbsp BWW Medium wing sauce
- Jalapeño
- I added lettuce to create more volume (spring mix is pictured but I think romaine or ice berg would go better with it!)

Instructions:

1. Follow instructions on cooking your tater tots. I cooked mine in the air fryer
2. The chicken can be baked in the oven or boiled. I cooked mine in a slow cooker with water that way when I got home from work, the chicken was ready to go.
3. In a small bowl, combine the plain nonfat greek yogurt and ranch seasoning (to taste) to make your protein ranch.
4. In another bowl, add your lettuce (optional), cooked tater tots, shredded chicken, and top with the protein ranch, BWW wing sauce, and jalapeño
5. Enjoy!
