Ingredients:
- Chicken breast
- Full Circle Bread Crumbs
- Egg whites
- Fat free cheese
- Full Circle pasta sauce
- Butternut Squash & spiralized zucchini (I used ones from the frozen section)
Instructions:
1. Slice chicken breast into medium-thin strips
2. Dip chicken in egg whites, then coat in bread crumbs, dip back in egg whites and then back into the bread crumbs
3. Bake or air fry at 400 until chicken reaches an internal temp of 165
4. While the chicken is cooking, steam your veggies and heat up pasta sauce on stove top
5. Plate in this order: 1. Veggies 2. Pasta Sauce 3. Chicken 4. Cheese
