Ingredients:

- 4 white corn tortilla (Guerreo)
- 1 cup egg whites
- 1oz Queso Fresco (Ranchero)
- 2 tbsp non-fat plain Greek yogurt
- Your fav salsa to taste

Instructions:

1. Cut tortillas into triangles, spray with no n-stick cooking spray and air fry or bake in oven at 350 until crispy
2. Spray pan on stove top with non-stick cooking spray and place chips inside while the pan heats up
3. Add 1 cup of egg whites to the pan and cook like you’re making scrambled eggs
4. Once the eggs are almost cooked, add in your favorite salsa
5. Remove from heat, add 2 tbsp of Greek yogurt and sprinkle 1 oz of Queso Fresco
6. Enjoy!
