Ingredients:
Dough:
- 1/4 cup self rising flou
- 1/4 cup plain non-fat greek yogurt
Cinnamon Mixture:
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp sweetener of your choice
Icing:
- See icing recipe
Instructions:
1. Combine flour & non-fat plain greek yogurt in a bowl until dough is formed
2. Roll out dough on counter top (be sure to use a little extra flour so the dough doesn't stick to everything!) - if you don't have a rolling pin use a jar or a cup with no handles
3. Place cinnamon mixture on top and roll up dough to form a cinnamon roll
4. Spray a ramekin with non-stick cooking spray and place your cinnamon roll inside
5. Bake or air fry at 350° for about 15 minutes
6. Top with Protein Icing
