Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup egg whites
- 100g diced bell pepper (with some onion added)
- 4 sliced of Land'O Frost Turkey Lunch Meat (diced)
- Non-stick cooking spray
Instructions:
1. Spray a pan with non-stick cooking spray and allow the pan to heat up
2. Add in your diced bell peppers/onion, saute' for 2 minutes before adding in your lunch meat
3. Saute' for another 2 minutes, mixing every now and then so the veggies & meat heat up evenly
4. Pour egg whites on top and scramble
5. Remove from heat once fully cooked and top off with salt & pepper or if you're like me and love Cholula Hot Sauce, then use that!
