Ingredients:
(Makes 6 egg muffins, I used the large muffin tins)
- 300 grams of diced bell peppers
- 6 cups of egg whites
- Non-stick cooking spray
- 1 1/2 cups of fat free cheese
Instructions:
1. Spray muffin tins with non-stick cooking spray
2. Place 50g of sliced bell peppers in each section
3. fill with 1/2 cup of egg whites
4. Bake at 350° for about 10-12 minutes
5. Remove from oven and top with fat free cheese
