Ingredients:

- 4oz shrimp
- 2 tbsp kung pao sauce from PF Chang's
- 100g stir fry veggies
- 2 cups chopped romain lettuce
- 25g diced water chestnuts
- 2 tbsp unsalted peanuts

Instructions:

1. Spray pan with non-stick cooking spray and allow it to heat up
2. Add in your shrimp, veggies & water chestnuts until the veggies turn bright green
3. Add kung pao sauce and whatever other seasonings you like (I added red chili flakes & garlic powder)
4. Place romaine lettuce in a bowl, top that with the shrimp/veggies you just cooked
5. Top with peanuts
