Ingredients:
- 2 cups fat free cottage cheese
- 4-5 tbsp cheddar cheese powder
- Salt & pepper to taste
- 10oz red lentil pasta
Instructions:
1. Begin to bring water to a boil to cook your pasta
2. In a blender, blend the cottage cheese, cheddar cheese powder and unsweet almond milk
3. Once your pasta is cooked and you've drained the water, combine pasta and cheese sauce
4. Mix thoroughly and add salt & pepper to taste
