Ingredients:

- 1/2 cup egg whites
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp unsweet almond milk
- 1 tbsp Vanilla Syrup (Jordan's Skinny Syrup)
- 2 slices of wheat bread
- 1 tbsp PB Fit
- 2 tbsp sugar free syrup
- 1/2 cup blueberries

Instructions:

1. In a bowl, combine 1/2 cup eggs whites, 1 tbsp unsweet almond milk, 1 tbsp vanilla syrup, and 1 tsp of cinnamon
2. Spray a pan with non-stick cooking spray and set over heat
3. Soak both sides of bread and then place in the pan
4. Once the bread is cooked on one side, flip over and cook the other side
5. Repeat steps 2-4 for the other slice of bread
6. Prepare your PB Fit by placing 1 tbsp in a bowl and mix water in until you get a peanut butter consistency
7. Put your PB Fit on the cooked french toast like a sandwich, top with blueberries and sugar free syrup
