Ingredients:

- 1/4 cup egg whites
- 2 tbsp unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsp Ryse Cinnamon Toast Protein Powder
- 1 tsp sweetener (optional)
- 1 tsp reduced fat butter
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 2 tbsp sugar free maple syrup

Instructions:

1. Whisk together the egg whites, unsweetened almond milk, Ryse Cinnamon Toast Protein Powder and sweetener (optional)
2. Soak bread in the mixture and cook on a pan with non-stick cooking spray, flipping over once the bottom is fully cooked (it will look like a medium brown color)
3. Remove French toast from heat and top with butter, blueberries and syrup
4. Enjoy!

Note: calories will vary based on the type of bread that you use. I’m using wheat bread, the Stater Bros brand, at 50 cal per slice.
